Tips to slim down body (Series 1)
Following this listed 10 tips how you can manage body and control your weight without use medicine / chemical substance. If you practice what suggested, I am confident sure you can feel its impact.

1. Do Not Starve
Food give us energy and when we use little energy from what we take, body would be shocked. Body will beginning to burn 'muscle'(muscle) to change food. 2. Take something bitter before eat
Drink coffee and gargle few seconds before eat. This way cause throat feel bitter and sends signals through brain to encourage enzyme secretion and HCL acid. Enzyme deficiency and HCL acid in stomach could cause digestion inefficiency.
3. Drink at least 8 a glass a day
Water reduce appetite you innately and help body metabolism
fat deposits in body. Before eating heavy food , try to drink water, sure you will not eat hugely.
4. Avoid drinking drink carbonated
Pop usually containing 7-8 sugar spoon and bad for body health.
5. Lessen salt intake
High salt intake encourage water stagnation. Reduce salt intake
mean your body keep some water. This mean you underweight because water.
6. Take breakfast

Collections of beautiful tips from generation to next generation
This tip below is from past generation that is told from my friends and I combine it, easy to refer later day. Maybe have someone has been practice it. What wrong we share.
Before i continued, let me reminds something, if you are not confident, don’t follow this tips, this tips has not received any certification from any beautiful organizations, only get certified from great-grandparent, practice it at your own risk.
To reduce sweet at face
Wash face until clean and then towel until dry, next take some cold ices and smear to face and let for few minutes, wait until dry and make up your face as usual, sweet at face will reduce and your face will look shine.
Engage fruit overcome grease
Fat problem and fat at body always make your worries, have a few way to overcome it cut and clean soft pistil Engage fruit, boil water in cooking pot until boiling point arrive, let pistil engage boiling water become cool before drink it, the result is you will feel easy to waste come out and all fat in stomach will out through it
Moist face
One cut of mature watermelon and cold is squeeze to get a juice, filter and keep it in container. Take a dregs and smear to whole face and neck, let it until dry then spatter with cool water, this tip is believed can slow old process and can make skin stay young
Pineapple as skin whitening
Take some strength portion in pineapple than brush at skin body, rinse body until it really clean, practice this every morning and evening, your skin will become white and shine.
Soft hair like silk
To get soft hair such as silk and easy to harrow, practice this method, if you want clean your hair to next day, massage your hair with sesame oil before sleep, until next day wash off hair cleanly. Wipe hair until it dry and recondition using baby oil or olive oil, if your hair is straight, you can comb it or for curly hair let it for a while so hair will not break or branch off
Remove armpit smell
Fine 15 white cumin seeds with 5 camphor seed, mix it with a bit of ground oil and broom at armpit portion, do it for several time, armpit smell will lost after that.

Want beautiful skin and white? You can do it by your own self whiteout need to go to beautiful salon, the ways is simple with only blend 1 cup of rose , 1 cup of jasmine, ½ cup almond, mix all it into water bath and bath like always , next clean up your body using warm water
